Introduction to the Role

Accountabilities

As the Brand Lead Respiratory & Immunology, you will take charge of two products within our R&I portfolio and report directly to the Franchise Lead. You will guide and execute marketing activities for our core business, lead launch activities for upcoming indications, and develop the annual strategic brand plan. Your role will involve implementing operational plans with cross-functional partners, closely tracking market developments, and ensuring timely, impactful execution in collaboration with regulatory affairs, market access, medical, and sales teams. You’ll maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and represent AstraZeneca at scientific and promotional events to drive visibility and excellence.

Skills & Experience

Must-haves

• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry, either in Switzerland or the EU
• Strategic and operational expertise in marketing; digital marketing experience highly valued
• Exceptional learning agility
• Confident communicator, skilled in presentations
• Solution-oriented problem-solver
• Proficiency in English and either French or German

Preferred

• Experience in Respiratory and/or Immunology
• Previous sales experience
